Angola Portugal Postage Due 1904 Regular issue, envelope sent from Lisbon (18.06.20) to Benguela (31.07.20) with a 2c stamp, orange, perforated 15x14, MF223, insufficient to pay the first postage of a letter to Angola weighing up to 20g (6c), it was surcharged double the missing postage (4c x 2 = 8c) with 20 réis stamps and a vertical pair of 30 réis, MF POR3 and POR14, for a total of 80 réis, equivalent to 8c in republican currency.
