Complete series, new, without gum, without defects or repairs, with good color and ”SPECIMEN” overprint vertically fixed with hinges on a cardboard block measuring 203x175mm, with legends printed by the Mint, with a red onion-colored paper cover. Considered as primitive leaflets. It was sent (given) to a probable German citizen who noted on the back the following note ”From the Directorate of the Mint in Lisbon * Lisbon 21/7/933” MB and MR.
