Sportsman Park Bedford, Oh License plate topper - Sportsman Park was built by Al Capone as a dog track in 1935, 1936-42 dirt oval auto racing and reopened after WWII in 1945-55 for Midget Auto Racing, in 1956 was converted to Northfield Horse Racing Track and is still in use today. Topper is 4.5in x 10in.
