Unusual 1800s Barrel Tool/Drill - Believed to be a tool used to construct barrels? Large sprocket wheel with bracket on rear with 2 drills. Appears to have a repair to bracket but overall in great condition! Marked with Pat. Date 1861 and Reissued 1873. Wheel is 16in diameter.
