Miller Lite On Tap Neon Advertising Sign Dated 1977 - Thisneon advertising sign was produced for the Miller Brewing Company in 1977. The sign features the Miller Lite logo rendered in blue glass neon tubing positioned above the phrase ON TAP in white neon lettering. These elements are set within a double-border rectangular frame with rounded corners, illuminated in orange-red neon. The entire glass tube assembly is secured to a black-finished metal support structure and housed within a gold-toned composite outer frame. A black metal transformer box is mounted at the base. The sign retains several original manufacturer and regulatory labels. A paper identification strip on the frame is printed with: 57-5231 - Miller Brewing Company, Milwaukee, Wisc. USA 1977. An International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) union label is attached to the tubing with the serial number 93625300. The transformer box features a blue oval Underwriters Laboratories (UL) sticker reading: UL LISTED GAS TUBE SIGN TRANSFORMER A-8646.
