Genesee Brewing Company 12 Horse Ale Crate with Lid - Thisshipping crate was produced for the Genesee Brewing Company, Inc. of Rochester, New York, to transport 12 Horse Ale. The rectangular container is constructed from wood with durable finger-jointed (box-jointed) corners and metal fasteners. The long side panels feature color screen-printed graphics depicting the brewery's iconic 12-horse team pulling a delivery wagon. The graphics are centered within a teal and orange oval containing the brand name Genesee 12 Horse Ale. The two end panels are printed in bold black text with the brand name and the manufacturer's attribution: The Genesee Brewing Company, Inc., Rochester, New York. Each end panel includes a routed rectangular hand-hole for transport. The crate is complete with a removable slatted lid reinforced by two wooden cross-battens.
