A Pair ofIndustrial Cast Aluminum Popsicle or Ice Cream Mold Racks - This pair of mid-20th century industrial kitchen assemblies is designed for the commercial production of popsicles or ice cream bars. Each unit features a circular rack constructed of cast aluminum with apertures to hold a series of removable, tapered, oval-shaped aluminum molds. A central vertical iron or steel shaft with a T-bar handle is integrated into each rack for manual lifting and maneuvering. The individual molds are designed with a flared rim, allowing them to rest securely within the rack slots. No manufacturer markings are visible on the components.
