Griswold 11 1/4 Inch Cast Iron Skillet - This is acast iron skillet manufactured by the Griswold Manufacturing Co. of Erie, Pennsylvania. The skillet features a circular form with two integrated pouring spouts and a handle with a teardrop-shaped hanging hole. The exterior base is marked with the Griswold small block logo, consisting of a cross within a double circle with the name GRISWOLD incised in the horizontal bar. Below the logo, the base is marked with the text 11 1/4 INCH SKILLET. A small incised letter B is located near the bottom edge of the base. The handle is marked with an incised letter G on the top surface and an incised letter B on the underside. Diameter: 11.25 inches.
