Gordon Pottery Canadian Stoneware Jug Table Lamp - This vintage table lamp features a handmade stoneware ceramic base with a fabric shade. The base is modeled after a traditional jug with a cylindrical body, a tapered shoulder, and a small integrated loop handle. The ceramic features a salt-glazed finish with a speckled cream body and a dark brown glazed shoulder and neck, separated by a thin mustard-yellow painted band. The front of the base is decorated with a hand-painted floral design in blue. An impressed maker mark on the shoulder reads GORDON POTTERY HAND MADE CANADA. The lamp is constructed with a metal harp and socket. The electrical cord exits through a hole at the bottom of the ceramic base. The accompanying flared drum shade is made of cream-colored fabric with a repeating blue geometric diamond pattern.
