Washington Irving, Works, Kaaterskill Ed., c.1880s - A multi-volume set comprising the works of Washington Irving, published by Pollard & Moss of New York as The Kaaterskill Edition. The books are bound in the publisher's original brown decorative cloth with elaborate gilt and black stamped ornamentation on the front covers and spines. The front covers feature the author's name in stylized typography within a scrolled banner, set below a decorative band containing script inspired by the Nasrid motto found in the Alhambra.
