Wagner Ware Sidney Fat Free Fryer Griddle 1102H - This vintage circular cast iron griddle is a Wagner Ware Sidney -O- Fat Free Fryer, model number 1102H. The piece is constructed of cast iron and features a shallow rim with two small, integrated pour spouts located on opposing sides. It is equipped with a long handle featuring a teardrop-shaped hanging hole. The underside of the griddle is clearly marked with the stylized Wagner Ware logo above the location Sidney -O-. Additional incised text includes the product name FAT FREE FRYER, the notation PAT APPLD FOR, and the model number 1102H. The cooking surface and exterior exhibit a dark, seasoned patina consistent with use, with faint circular patterns visible within the seasoning on the interior surface. A small paper inventory tag is currently attached to the handle via a string.
