Two Double-Sided Game Boards including 1961 Charles Mayer Studios Poker Pot - This lot features two tabletop game boards, including a Poker Pot game board, a variation of Michigan Rummy or Tripoley. The first item is a double-sided board constructed with a raised frame and corner pockets made of knitted mesh. One side displays a central black and natural checkerboard accented with orange and black stenciled scrollwork and fleur-de-lis motifs. The corner pockets are numbered 1 through 4. The reverse side contains a circular game layout with concentric rope-patterned rings, radial triangles, and a central orange and black sunburst graphic. The second item is a double-sided heavy cardboard board produced by Charles Mayer Studios, Inc. One side is printed with a Poker Pot and Lucky layout, featuring a red horseshoe and radial segments showing playing cards including the King of Hearts, Queen of Clubs, Jack of Diamonds, Ten of Spades, and Ace of Spades. This side is marked Copyright 1961 - Victor Sherlock and Produced by Charles Mayer Studios, Inc., Akron 8, Ohio, U.S.A. The reverse side is printed with an eight-by-eight red and black checkerboard pattern set against a white ground with linear accents. No game pieces, strikers, or original packaging are included with either board.
