The metal components feature a factory-applied, distressed faux-rust finish to simulate an aged appearance. The crank mechanisms include external gearing, turned wood handle knobs, and internal wooden paddles. Each glass jar is embossed with lettering that reads Dazey Churn Co. The largest cast iron lid features an embossed number 12 on the neck.
