& Collectible Marbles w/ Promotional Bags - A large collection of marbles in various styles, sizes, and colors, including two primary storage containers and several promotional novelty bags. The assortment includes cat s eyes, swirls, solid opaques, clearies, and textured examples. One storage container is a blue-tinted glass canning jar embossed with the word IDEAL on the front, manufactured by Ball. The jar features a glass lid and a metal wire bale closure. The second container is a heavy-walled square glass block. The collection includes four small promotional poly bags with printed cardboard header cards. One bag features an Evinrude Outboard Motors header in blue and yellow and contains nine solid blue marbles. A second bag features a Winchester Shotgun Shells header and contains light blue and orange/white swirl marbles. A third bag features a John Deere header with a Model A tractor illustration and contains translucent green and yellow marbles. The fourth bag features a Li l Black Sambo header with period-style graphics and contains opaque black marbles. UV light analysis reveals reactive glass within the collection. One marble in the Ball jar exhibits strong neon-green fluorescence characteristic of uranium glass. Multiple marbles in the square glass container show various fluorescent reactions, including bright blue-white and pink-purple tones.
