Amish Style Nine Patch Hand-Quilted Cotton Quilt - 64 x 76 An Amish-style hand-pieced and hand-quilted cotton bedcover featuring a Nine Patch pattern set on point. The quilt is constructed from solid-colored cotton fabrics in a palette of tan, dark chocolate brown, and teal, finished with a lime green binding and a solid tan reverse. The pieced nine-patch blocks alternate with large, solid-color setting squares and side triangles. The quilting is executed by hand with high density, featuring intricate feathered wreaths in the large setting squares, diagonal cross-hatching within the nine-patch blocks, and a repeating shell or swag motif along the borders. A single light-green square is present in one of the nine-patch blocks on the middle-left side, a common intentional variation in traditional folk quilts.
