Mid-C. Tufted Chenille Floral Medallion Bedspread - 90 x 102 This vintage bedspread is constructed from a white cotton ground fabric featuring multi-colored, raised chenille tufting. The design is composed of twelve large circular medallions arranged in a repeating grid pattern. Each medallion features a central six-petal flower in pink and red tones, encircled by a green tufted ring and an outer border of looped pink and red chenille. Stylized floral and leaf motifs in shades of purple, pink, and green are positioned between the medallions. The bedspread is finished with a coordinating pink and red looped chenille border along the bottom and side edges. The top corners are rounded. The reverse side exhibits the machine-applied chain stitching patterns corresponding to the tufted design on the front.
