The quilt utilizes various period fabrics including indigo blue floral calico, black and white polka dots, stripes, and checkered patterns, interspersed with solid gray elements and a single red-patterned block. The construction features an off-white ground with linear hand-quilted stitching. The reverse is finished with a plain off-white fabric backing.
