Antique American Hand-Quilted Crazy Quilt - 66 x 74 An American folk art crazy quilt hand-pieced from various early-to-mid 20th-century fabric scraps, including floral calicos, feedsack-style prints, ginghams, stripes, and solids. The irregularly shaped patches are joined with decorative hand-embroidered feather and herringbone stitching in contrasting light-colored thread. The reverse side features a solid light blue cotton fabric with repetitive hand-quilted fan or shell patterns. The piece is finished with a thin light blue fabric binding.
