18 Blown Glass Christmas Ornaments - This collection consists of approximately 18 vintage blown glass Christmas ornaments dating to the mid-20th century. The assortment includes a variety of figural and geometric shapes, featuring thin-walled glass construction with silvered mercury glass interiors. Figural ornaments include two teapots with floral decorations, an iridescent green swan, two bells, a yellow trumpet, a silver-tone smoking pipe with a red ribbon, and a green spire. Decorated spherical and ovoid pieces include a cream-colored ornament with a pink skier silhouette, two ornaments depicting doves and holly, a pink sphere with sugared glitter texturing, and several striped and patterned bulbs. Most ornaments retain their original scalloped or fluted metal caps and wire hanging loops. The designs and materials are characteristic of mid-century holiday production from Germany, Poland, and the United States. One small teardrop ornament is encircled by a vintage wire tinsel garland. No manufacturer marks are legible on the metal caps.
