Pair Roseville Water Lily Art Pottery - 3 and 5.5in tall. This lot consists of two pieces of American art pottery produced by Roseville Pottery in the Water Lily pattern, which was introduced in 1943. The set is finished in a matte teal blue and green colorway featuring molded aquatic blossoms and buds in relief against a horizontally textured background. The first piece is a cornucopia-shaped vase with a scroll-style base and a stylized handle. The underside of the base features a raised script mark reading Roseville U.S.A. 145-6 and includes a handwritten notation in black ink. The second piece is a low, twin-handled console bowl with a scalloped rim. The underside of the base bears a raised script mark reading Roseville U.S.A. 439-6 with a small black ink notation. Both items are constructed of earthenware and feature typical mid-century Roseville production marks.
