Signed H Hume Hand-Painted Wooden Stave Folk Art Bucket - 12x12.5 This hand-painted wooden stave bucket is decorated in a traditional folk art style and bears the signature H. HUME on the lower exterior. The vessel is constructed of vertical wooden staves secured by two metal bands and is equipped with two rope handles. The exterior is finished in an off-white ground with colorful hand-painted motifs, including stylized birds, a large central floral bloom with dotted patterns, and a heart-shaped floral medallion. A decorative red and blue wavy border encircles the top rim. The interior and the exterior metal bands are finished in a dark teal-green paint.
