Stickley Style Oak Twist Library Table - 20x36x29 This American early 20th-century library table or writing desk is constructed of oak with prominent quartersawn grain visible on the top and drawer front. The design reflects the Jacobean Revival style, characterized by four Solomonic barley-twist legs. The legs are joined by a low H-stretcher that incorporates vertical side panels with inset woven cane. A single full-width drawer is positioned at the front, fitted with two brass-toned metal teardrop pulls on circular backplates. The drawer interior is a simple, undivided compartment showing basic joinery. The piece is finished on all sides, suitable for use in the center of a room. No maker marks, labels, or signatures are visible on the exterior or interior components.
