3 Vtg Lithographed Tobacco & Cig Tins - This collection features three vintage lithographed tinplate containers produced for the tobacco industry. Included is a pocket-sized Edgeworth Extra High Grade Plug Slice tobacco tin manufactured by Larus and Brother Company of Richmond, Virginia. This tin displays a teal blue ground with ornate dark blue lettering and scrollwork. The second item is a Monte Cristo Slabs tobacco tin, featuring a dark green hinged lid with decorative red and gold borders and the brand name in cream script above a graphic of stacked wooden planks. The third container is a larger rectangular Manoli La Fleur cigarette tin with a textured cream-colored background, a central red and green circular logo, and references to a gold medal at the Paris 1900 exhibition. The lid of the Manoli tin includes the text Guaranteed 22 Karat Gold for the cigarette tips. Each container is constructed of lithographed metal with a hinged lid.
