Griswold No. 2 Cast Iron Patty Iron Set - This is a set of vintage patty irons manufactured by the Griswold Mfg. Co. of Erie, Pennsylvania. The set is identified on the packaging as Set No. 2, Deep Style. It includes two cast iron molds: one circular fluted cup and one heart-shaped fluted cup. Also included are two L-shaped steel wire handles with threaded ends designed to screw into the base of the molds. The items are housed in their original cardboard presentation box. The interior of the box lid features extensive printed text including the manufacturer name, logo, a recipe for making patties, and helpful hints for use.
