Royal Crown Cola Taste Test Thermometer - A mid-20th century Royal Crown Cola advertising thermometer. This vertical rectangular sign is constructed of painted metal with rounded corners. The design features a bright red field with a large yellow arrow pointing upward, which serves as the background for the thermometer scale. The top of the sign is labeled Drink in yellow script, followed by Royal Crown in white arched block letters and Cola in white block letters. The bottom of the sign features the slogan Best By Taste-Test in yellow script. The black printed scale ranges from -50 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. A registration mark is visible to the lower right of the word Cola. The initials C C are printed at the bottom of the yellow arrow scale.
