Millersburg Hobstar & Feather Pitcher - This glass water pitcher is produced in the Hobstar and Feather pattern by the Millersburg Glass Company. The vessel features intaglio decoration consisting of deep geometric cuts and acid-etched frosted elements. The body is decorated with three large circular hobstar motifs, each featuring a central clear button surrounded by radiating frosted petals. Interspersed between the hobstars are large, sweeping frosted feather or acanthus leaf fronds that originate from the base. The handle is finished with a notched zipper cut design. The glass is clear with no signs of discoloration. The base has a small rectangular paper label with the handwritten number 4959. A gold-toned foil label remnant is located on the interior rim, and a retail tag with the word URBAN is attached to the handle. 9.5 in tall.
