The interior design features a central multi-petaled flower encircled by four fleur-de-lis motifs set against a stippled, textured background, alternating with starburst elements. The exterior of the bowl is molded with a repeating pattern of circular panels, each containing a starburst design. The piece is characterized by its round form, a scalloped sawtooth rim, and a low, circular pedestal foot.
