W&P (West & Pickett) Miniature Hand Truck Pen Rest and Spider Web Nib Tray, Cast Brass, Vintage Industrial Theme - A set of two vintage cast brass desk accessories manufactured by W&P (West & Pickett). Item one is a novelty pen rest designed as an industrial hand truck or dolly, featuring notched upright handles specifically designed to cradle a fountain pen or rollerball horizontally. It includes functional-style stationary wheels and is stamped W & P on the underside of the central crossbar. Item two is an octagonal nib tray or pin dish shaped like a spider web, featuring a raised spider figure at the centre. The tray is equipped with three small integrated feet on the underside and features darkened recesses to highlight the casting.
