The centre is set with an oval-cut blue sapphire, measuring approximately 4.5mm by 3.5mm, within a scalloped halo of round-cut diamonds. The decorative openwork fan-style shoulders are further set with small diamonds. The gemstones are grain-set into a platinum top with milgrain edging, leading to an 18ct yellow gold shank.
