9ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring Gross weight 2.38 grams. - A 9ct yellow gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The design features a central oval-cut sapphire of a dark navy blue colour, secured in a multi-prong white metal head. The central stone is surrounded by a halo of  small round-cut diamonds in a traditional cluster arrangement. The head is set upon a 9ct yellow gold band with slightly tapering shoulders. The interior of the shank is stamped with British hallmarks including '375' for 9 carat gold, a crown, and further indistinct marks including a maker's mark. Size M. Gross weight 2.38 grams.
