Vajrapani / Mahakala Mixed Metal Figural Censer - Mixed metal figural censer (incense burner) depicting the wrathful bodhisattva Vajrapani or Mahakala on the lid. The wrathful bodhisattva is holding the vajra (or dorje) & the Tibetan bell. The base of the censer appears to have jackal heads around the body & a figural depiction of jackals as the 3 feet of the censer. There are some attributes that pertain to either Vajrapani or Mahakala. Item measures approx. 8” tall & 4” in diameter. See photos for further details.
