First is a depiction of a park with a city skyline in the background (signed Hewelyn), and an illegibly signed oil on board measuring approx. 17.75” x 16” OD depicting a cabin on a gloomy day. Both paintings in good condition. Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging.
