Antique Asian Lacquered Boxes - 2 antique lacquered wood boxes, each featuring detailed hand-painted figural scenes in gold on black lacquered surfaces. One depicts a dynamic battle scene on boats, while the other shows a serene garden setting with robed figures near a pavilion. Both interiors retain original compartmentalized designs - one with a plain black lacquer finish and the other lined in worn blue velvet. Surface cracks can be seen near corners on both boxes. Larger of the two boxes measures approx. 2.5” H X 10.5” W x 6.75” D, Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging.
