A FRENCH m1831 COUPE CHOU INFANTRY SWORD - With characteristic brass hilt and leaf-shaped, double-edged blade inscribed at the forte MANUFACTUREROYALE DE KLINGENTHAL and MARS 1832 together with a pair of control marks. In it’s leather scabbard with brass mounts, the guard and locket with matching numbers. Dated 1832. Minor wear. Overall length 64.8cm/ 25 1/2 inches. Condition III
