In the foreground, a rich assortment of peaches, grapes, apples, and a pear are scattered across a draped table, rendered with a luscious, painterly quality. The dark, atmospheric background contrasts sharply with the brightly lit subjects, drawing the viewer’s eye to the intricate play of light and shadow—a technique reminiscent of the Baroque tradition. The work is signed “Del Grano” in a distinctive red script in the lower-left corner.
