Glory to the Brave! was designed in 1960 by Konstantin Kuzginov and issued in Moscow by the Publishing House of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR in an edition of 25 000 copies. The poster commemorates the extinguishing of a major residential fire in Omsk and honors the firefighters who distinguished themselves during the emergency. Portraits on the poster are firefighters who have proven themselves and have been awarded the medal For Courage in the Fire. The medal is depicted on top of a scarlet ribbon with the inscription Glory to the brave!. Marked in the lower margin.
