Published by Boyevoy Karandash, Artist of the RSFSR publishing house, poster no. 3458, dated 1979. Design by Joseph Efimovsky (1930–2019). Technical inscriptions in the lower part. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting from 1939.
