SOVIET RUSSIAN 916 SILVER ENAMEL SUGAR BASKET - A mid-20th-century Soviet Russian 916 standard silver and cloisonné enamel sugar basket or sweetmeat bowl with a swing handle. The exterior is decorated with traditional wirework motifs featuring white floral blossoms set against a vibrant cobalt blue ground, accented by beaded borders. The interior retains a bright gold wash.
