KORNILOV BROTHERS IMPERIAL RUSSIAN PORCELAIN CUP & SAUCER - A very fine Imperial Russian porcelain cup and saucer set by the prestigious Kornilov Brothers manufactory of St. Petersburg, circa 1880-1910. The set features a delicate pink border accented with gold chevron tooling. The bodies are beautifully hand-painted with naturalistic, free-flowing sprays of green ferns, pink berries, and golden wheat. Marks: Both pieces bear the Imperial double-headed eagle mark of the Kornilov Brothers; the cup in underglaze blue, the saucer in overglaze red and blue. kornilov brothers porcelain, imperial russian porcelain, antique russian teacup, st petersburg porcelain.
