FRENCH 19TH CENTURY GILT BRONZE AND ONYX TAZZAS PAIR - Crafted in 19th-century France, this fine pair of decorative table compotes showcases the neoclassical style. The cast alloy supports are designed as classical animalistic tripod legs ending in hooves, surmounted by detailed caprine heads and draped with cast swags. A circular medallion depicting a profile bust secures the center of each shallow translucent stone basin.
