Leo Kahn, Painter. b. 1897, Bruchsal, Germany. Immigrated 1936; lived in Ramat Gan. Studies; 1920 Karlsruhe. 1926 Lived in Berlin and knew Max Lieberman. 1928-29 Decorated interior of the synagogue in Bruchsal, Germany. 1928 Lived in the South of France and was a friend of painter, Derain. 1928-34 Worked in the studio in Paris. In Israel, he founded the first textile printing factory. From 1961 lived in Safed. Died 1983
