"המליץ" היה כתב עת עברי שיצא לאור באימפריה הרוסית בין 29 בספטמבר 1860 עד 1904, תחילה במתכונת של שבועון, ומ-1886 כעיתון יומי. העיתון נכתב בשנתו הראשונה בעברית ובגרמנית באותיות עבריות. מטרת העיתון הייתה לתווך בין שלטונות רוסיה ליהודים ולגשר בין המסורת להשכלה, באמצעות טיפוח האידיאל של היהודי המשכיל.
