He served as President of the National Labor Court in Israel from 1997 to 2010, and currently mediates labor disputes in large organizations. He is a collector and enthusiast of antiquities and archaeology. Adler focuses on collecting modest antique items such as ancient clay candles and stone cups from the Second Temple period.
