Prints - Collective lot for Lots 43-46 - Prints Conditional sale - Hommage à Picasso Collective lot for Lots 43–46 Lots 43–46 will be auctioned under a conditional sale (enchère réservée). This means that first the individual lots are auctioned, then all lots together. The combined price must either exceed the reserve price of the individual lots, or in any case, the total price of the individual auctioned lots. Should either of these two cases occur, it will lead to the cancellation of previously awarded bids for the individual lots. Lots 43-46 will be sold with the right of aggregation (faculté de réunion). This means that the lots are first auctioned individually and then together. If the price of the entire lot exceeds the reserve price of the individual lots as well as the total price of the individually adjudicated lots, this will result in the cancellation of previously made awards and the entire lot will be declared adjudicated to one and the same person.
