”Lashana Tova” plate. Europe, circa 1914 Decorated plate for Rosh Hashanah. Porcelain. Europe, 1914. The rim of the plate is decorated with a gold stripe. The greeting ”Lashana Tova Tikvetu”, a Star of David decoration with the word ”Zion”, and the words: ”May I live soon in our land” (year 1914 in gematria). The decoration is worn in several places. Diameter 9 cm, good condition.
