Silver cigarette box – ”Bezalel” A silver cigarette box made by ”Bezalel”, designed by Zeev Raban. Jerusalem, 1906-1929. On the front of the box is a relief of a hookah smoker based on a drawing by Zeev Raban. On the back is a relief of the Western Wall, embedded with a stylized Star of David. Both reliefs are signed ”Yerusalem Bezalel”, ”Bezalel Yerushalayim”. A relief of a hookah smoker also appeared on a matchbox made by ”Sharar”, from the ”Bezalel” workshops
