Torah scroll finger made of wood and silver, Russia, full signatures, year 1881. The lower part and the finish are silver: ending with a small cast hand and a pointing index finger. A tapered cylindrical shaft with a spiral engraving (zig-zag pattern), and a Hebrew inscription. In the center of the shaft there is a narrow collar between two double engraved rings. Above it is a tapered silver circle and a large end in the shape of a vase with a waist, engraved with parallel rings and a covered base. On the upper and smaller canopy cover is a slightly compressed spherical finish connected by two rings to a suspension chain (missing). The upper part of the shaft handle is made of square wood, carved with a shoulder, a railing and inverted railing buttons. Dimensions: 28.5 cm, weight 58 grams. Source: Private collection.
