A plaque commemorating the founders of the ”Yesodei Torah” school - Memorial plaque on parchment, Europe, 19th century A plaque in memory of the famous righteous soul of Rabbi Perel, wife of Rabbi Chaim Wolf Greenhut, n.d., in the year of the Ratzinger. Wooden support, good condition, size: 13.5*27 cm. The ”Yesodei Torah” school was established and managed by Chaim Wolf Greenhut in 1885. In 1871, the Pressburg community was the first to be registered as an Orthodox community.
