Very rare. Marriage certificate on parchment. Holland, 1806. Marriage certificate on parchment, Holland, 15th Kislev 1806, December 1806. A piece of parchment inscribed in a beautiful and decorated handwriting with a greeting in honor of the wedding of Shlomo Emringen with his beloved Bilha: ”A memorial to the last generation, and in honor of his wedding day and the joy of his heart, from the dear groom Shlomo son of Aharon Emringen, may God bless him with his daughter, the lovely virgin bride and educated Mrs. Bilha, daughter of Yehuda, may God bless him on Wednesday, 15th Kislev, in the year 1956. How good our share is for the sake of the family.” The above text is written in the form of arches, and below them is the blessing ”And there was a great multitude from the beginning of the world, to see from them a seed that arose and came to life...”.
