A huge plate (69 cm in diameter) from Syrian Damascus Jewish brass, 20th century, decorated with silver inlay using the Damascus technique, a round plate with slightly raised edges and a designed rim. The plate is decorated with damask work with large silver leaves in the center engraved with a Star of David and the Hebrew word ”Zion” (the script was probably added later). The background is decorated with a pattern of leaves in an interlaced and symmetrical circular movement, three identical medallions, each of which is engraved with a description of six intertwined flying birds and the inscription of God's names inside.
